Mandatory Requirements

• Began career with hands on construction engineering project experience, progressing to roles involving overall project operation and management.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing complex renovation projects.
• Specialized in asset repositioning, including the selection of cooperative partners throughout the positioning process.
• Skilled in asset operation and the implementation of subsequent project renovations.
• Strong cross cultural communication skills and proven team management capabilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in overseas asset management.
• Background in real estate development enterprises or general partner institutions of large funds, with practical on site project management experience.
