Centreless Grinder Operator

Full time permanent role based in Dudley paying £14 per hour. Working Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:15 and Friday 08:00-15:30. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati centreless grinding machines.
• Produce components to tight tolerances and specifications.
• Carry out quality checks using measuring equipment.
• Make machine adjustments where required.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working area.
• Follow engineering drawings and production instructions.

Requirements

• Previous centreless grinding experience is essential.
• Experience operating Cincinnati machines preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of inspection and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
