Centre Team Leader - Customer Ops & Training

Trinity College London is seeking a Team Leader for our Stratford and Belfast test centres. You will supervise day-to-day operations, deputise for the Centre Manager, deliver training, conduct quality checks and support staff while ensuring policy adherence and secure tests.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent organisation and the ability to coordinate workloads across locations, with weekend coverage as part of the rota.
