Centre Operations Leader Guest Experience

Savills is seeking an Operations Director for Merry Hill to lead day-to-day operations and shape the long-term guest experience. You will manage maintenance, safety, and service delivery, while driving innovation and using new technologies to raise standards.

As a member of the leadership team, you will coach and develop managers, align with the ESG strategy, and collaborate with the asset manager and managing agent to deliver the centre's strategic vision.
