Salary: £32,957 - £40,912 per annum + bonus

Role Overview

Lead a team to success and deliver an excellent customer journey and satisfaction for the UK's largest automotive service business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards.
• Drive business performance and achieve sales targets and KPI's.
• Provide coaching, in moment training and motivational support to staff.
• Maintain health and safety compliance across the centre.

Skills and experience

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry
• Delivered high customer satisfaction and effective management
• Engaging, motivational, coaching based development approach with in moment training
• Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• High sales turnover experience and KPI management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• IT proficient, willing to learn in house systems
• Good time management
• Current valid driving licence
