The role involves managing centre activities, driving learner engagement, and ensuring high attendance and retention rates. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in a uniformed service, a Physical Training qualification, and experience working with young people. Additional desirable qualifications include GCSE Maths and English. Flexible working hours can be discussed.
