Centre Duty Manager - Lead Operations & Customer Service

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Duty Manager to be at the heart of our centre's day-to-day operations, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours.

You will bring energy and leadership to solve complex customer and facility issues, with the opportunity to obtain the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) through RLSS within three months, funded by us, as part of your progression.
