Centre Director: Lead Growth, Student Experience & Impact

Bayswater Brighton is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead operations, commercial performance, academic quality and student welfare. You will drive enrolments, build strong community relationships and ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment.

You will oversee strategy across commercial, academic and operational areas, manage a diverse team, and maintain accreditation standards while promoting Bayswater's values and growth across the centre.
