Centre Customer Experience Officer - Part Time

ABM Churchill Square Shopping Centre Advisors provide high-quality customer service to visitors, answering queries in person, by phone and email. They ensure a pleasant experience, assist with information on facilities, vacancies, parking, and events, and support admin tasks for the Centre Management Team.

The role is part-time, 25.5 hours per week, on a rolling 4-on 4-off rota at £13.88 per hour, with full uniform and access to benefits such as Perkbox and an employee assistance program.
