Centre Concierge & Customer Experience Officer

ABM is seeking a Customer Service Officer for The Forge in the United Kingdom. You will provide a welcoming, professional experience to visitors, retailers and stakeholders, assisting with enquiries and information about the centre and its facilities, promotions and events.

You will help with directions, handle complaints, and support accessibility needs while maintaining service standards and collaborating with security, cleaning, facilities and management teams to resolve issues.
