About the role

You will work closely with the entire Sales team to manage inbound inquiries, aiming to schedule new business viewings for the Field Sales Managers. You will be responsible for maintaining data input in CRM, including logging new inquiries and updating accounts as they progress through the sales cycle to assist with sales forecasts and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Agent/Broker partners to ensure timely action on inquiries and strengthen relationships to maximize potential business. You will:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries via the CRM
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline for current and future available office space
  • Coordinate with the Field Sales team and manage their schedules
  • Build broker/agent relationships and organize events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to create targeted campaigns to maximize organic inquiry numbers and support sales collateral
  • Contribute to and support the company's growth objectives and KPIs
  • Achieve targets for the number of viewings booked per month based on available units
  • Convert relevant inquiries into scheduled first viewings
  • Build relationships with brokers and agents through events and workshops

You possess a flexible mindset and the drive to progress within a fast-growing company. Ideally, you have experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the serviced office industry. You have:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working across various internal departments
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
