Cell Leader, FMCG Ops - Drive Kaizen & OEE

Unilever in Crumlin, Wales, is seeking a Cell Leader to strengthen our production team in a high volume FMCG environment. You will own the cell's agenda, deploy CIL processes, and lead Kaizen activities with engineers to improve line efficiency, OEE, and safety.

Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality is essential to sustain basic standards. The role requires a relevant degree, excellent communication, strong leadership, and a proven track record on the shop floor.
