Cell Leader - Lean Manufacturing Excellence

A manufacturing firm based in the Bristol area is seeking a Cell Leader to manage cell operations and improve key performance indicators related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery. The successful candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background and at least 5 years' experience in team leadership within a multi-disciplined manufacturing environment. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum along with benefits including pension, life assurance, and a wellbeing programme.
