CDP Project Manager

We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical organisation as they embark on a major Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation. They are seeking a hands-on Technical/Functional Project Manager with deep knowledge of BlueConic or similar CDPs (eg, Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP) to lead internal project delivery and collaborate closely with external implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the CDP implementation alongside the vendor PM in a "two-in-the-box" delivery model

• Act as the internal SME on CDP architecture, integration, and activation use cases

• Collaborate with digital, data engineering, and marketing teams to align requirements

• Draft and manage project documentation: timelines, risk logs, use cases, test plans, and technical specifications

• Provide hands-on support across integration design, testing, and validation

• Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders across the program

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital data or marketing technology

• Proven experience with CDPs, ideally BlueConic

• Strong grasp of data flows, integration architecture, and identity resolution

• Excellent communicator with a track record of working cross-functionally

• Comfortable bridging functional and technical conversations

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
