We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes and standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop creative and innovative menu options.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation for events and special functions.
• Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering when required.
• Provide excellent service during meal times to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support fellow colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen regulations.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a busy setting.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is preferred but not essential.
