We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen.

What You'll Do- Run a section during prep and service, delivering dishes to spec every time
- Prepare fresh ingredients and keep your section organised and service ready
- Cook American comfort food classics with consistency and attention to detail
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain quality and pace
- Support smooth service during busy periods
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times
- Help train and support junior chefs
- Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- A chef who enjoys cooking classic, flavour driven food
- Confidence running a section in a busy kitchen
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys the buzz of service
- Someone who wants to learn and develop their craft
- Competitive pay at £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.25 - £17.00 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
