CDM & H&S Principal Designer Site Audits & Client Liaison

Jobtailor is seeking a Principal Designer to lead CDM services in a dynamic UK setting. You will deliver CDM 2015 roles, produce pre-construction information and H&S files, and ensure Designer compliance across projects.

The role requires reviewing contractor documentation and ongoing interface with clients and design teams. You will conduct site H&S inspections, advise on procurement options, and actively contribute to business development of the services.
