CCTV Team Lead - Investigations & Police Liaison

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a CCTV Team Leader to oversee a nationwide network of investigators across Morrisons stores and convenience locations. You will manage daily CCTV operations, lead a high-performing team, and work with police, store colleagues and national stakeholders to secure evidence and support prosecutions.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
