CCTV Control Room Operator - Calm, Precise Incident Analyst

ASEL is seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor live CCTV feeds, analyse incidents and support security and loss prevention in a dynamic control room. The role demands attention to detail, situational awareness and quick, accurate decision making under pressure.

You will collaborate with analysts, operations managers and field teams while ensuring compliance with security, data protection and SOPs. A valid SIA CCTV Public Space Surveillance licence is mandatory.
