Conyers seeks an Associate for its Public M&A and Capital Markets group in the Cayman Islands. You will join a leading offshore team advising international corporations, banks, sponsors, and investors on cross-border deals, IPOs, and complex financings.

You will work with onshore colleagues to structure transactions, perform due diligence, draft documentation, and coordinate closing steps while developing your offshore career trajectory in a major global firm.
