We are looking for a Full-time Catering Supervisor to join our team in Clonmel Co Tipperary.

Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 30 hours per week on average.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently oversee the preparation of meals.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
• Schedule labour as required by anticipated business activity.
• Ensure accurate stocktaking each week.
• Oversee the training of personnel in safe operation of all equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and H&S regulations.
• Attend training sessions as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Customer Service Skills.
