Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a Full time Catering Supervisor to join our team in Clonmel Co Tipperary

Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 30 Hours per week average

Main duties and responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently oversee the preparation of meals
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition
• Schedule labour as required by anticipated business activity
• Ensure accurate stocktaking each week
• Oversee the training of personnel in safe operation of all equipment and utensils
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and H&S regulations
• Attend training sessions as required

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
• Good working knowledge of English
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Customer Service Skills.
