Catering Operations Lead - Food Quality & Team Growth

Apleona Ireland is looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to join our team in Dublin 15. You will work with the Culinary Director and Catering Manager on new food development, costings, HACCP and health & safety, and ensure GP targets are met across sites.

You will lead the catering team, manage budgets and procurement, and report weekly financial updates to the Site manager and client, while upholding food quality and safety standards across operations.
