Catering Manager Lead Service & Quality

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Catering Manager for Trinity House, Coleraine. This role runs 36 hours per week across 4 days in 7, with start/end times 08:00-17:30. You will prepare and serve food to high standards, maintain HACCP compliance, manage counter service, and lead a team focused on excellent customer care.

You will handle purchasing, cash handling, and weekly ETA reporting, while upholding Mount Charles values and supporting staff development. An equal opportunities employer.
