Catering Manager: Lead Service & Food Quality

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Catering Manager to join our team in the Lurgan area. You will lead a catering operation, ensure HACCP standards are met, and deliver outstanding food service across the facility.

The role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, typically 08:00-17:00, 4 days out of 7 with every other weekend off. A pro-active, customer-focused approach is essential.
