Job Description

We are looking for a catering Manager for a A new site in Bexhill.

Monday to Friday

Hours to be confirmed

Ray Rate: £23 pound per hour

Responsibilities:

Setting up a new kitchen
Staff Training
Order of stock
Preparation of menu

Requirements

Full enhanced DBS On the update service
Food Hygiene Certificate
Allergen Training
KCSI training LEVEL 1-2
NVQ or City & Guilds certificates
