About the RoleBased at Saputo Nuneaton, Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV107RG, you will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 3 pm. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.
Your Responsibilities- Communicating regularly with customers and clients to ensure a high level of service is being received.
- Supervision of the canteen, including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training, and all day to day operations of the kitchen and front of house.
- Undertake and lead a team in the preparation, cooking and service of food.
- Administrative work, including placing orders, stock control and monitoring of food budgets.
- Checking and recording condition of all food/non food deliveries and taking any necessary action required.
- Taking responsibility for the standards of cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen premises and equipment whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels of cleaning materials.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
