Catering Manager - Resident Meal & Kitchen Lead

Ann's Home Care in Bangor, Wales is looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations and ensure hygiene standards while preparing meals. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 2 NVQ in Food Safety and Hygiene and preferably Level 3 as well. You will ensure that dietary requirements are met, manage kitchen staff, and maintain cleanliness according to health regulations.
