Catering Manager - Lead High-Volume Operation (Mon-Fri)

Chartwells Independent in Durham is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a busy, high-volume site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a large team, maintain food quality, health and safety, and financial performance while delivering an exceptional catering experience for customers.

The role is mainly Monday-Friday within a 24/7 operation; some evening and weekend work may be required.
