We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for culinary arts and the ability to manage a team to lead and manage catering operations, ensuring top notch service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage catering operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide a high quality, cost effective catering provision for the whole college.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policy and promote best practice within the catering provision.
- Innovate and implement best practice in catering to meet the college's standards.
- Dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for culinary arts.
- Proven team management skills and the ability to lead staff.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in catering.
- Ability to innovate and meet the appropriate person specification.

Salary scale Points 16 - 19 £33,232 - £36,564 full time equivalent, depending on qualifications, skills and experience (pro rata if part year).
Appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff salary scale.
