• Work to appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of all persons on site.
• Provide friendly information service to visitors about places to walk, cycle and other activities.
• Display shop items and maintain stock to maximise income.
• Daily reconciliation of income with till receipts.
• Engage with visitors as an ambassador of Welsh Water.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Ensure tables are clean and available for customers to use.
• Perform general cleaning duties in kitchen and storage areas.

• Practical Health & Safety experience.
• Retail customer service knowledge or specialism.
• Experience working with the general public.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Successful DBS check and satisfactory references.
• Post offer medical clearance and criminal records Basic Disclosure check.

• Starting ASAP.
• Variety of shift patterns available; candidates must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
• All successful applicants will need to provide a satisfactory DBS check prior to the start date.
