Effective communication skills are a must-have, including skills like face-to-face verbal communication, eye contact and attentive listening. You also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness.

as you may be required to work on both weekdays and/or weekends (Monday - Sunday, hours to be agreed by rota) including bank holidays. In addition to the appropriate hourly rate these positions attract a non-contractual sales bonus.
