- Deliver friendly,professionaland efficient customer service to students,staffand visitors.
- Prepare and serve Starbucks hot and cold beveragestorequired brand standards.
- Serve food,snacksand other products across the catering operation.
- Operatetills and process cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintainclean,attractiveand fully stocked counters,displaysand service areas.
- Replenish and rotate stock andassistwith deliveries.
- Follow food safety, allergen, Health &Safetyand safeguarding procedures.
- Maintainhigh standardsof hygiene,cleanlinessand presentation, including general cleaning duties.
- Assistwith opening and closing duties as required.Work as part of the wider catering team and support other college catering areas and general duties asrequired.
- Previouscatering, hospitality, retail, coffeeshopor customer service experience desirable but not essential; training provided.
- Friendly,positiveand customer-focused approach withgood communicationskills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual,flexibleand willing to support different catering areas.
- Good attention to detail andhigh standardsof cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to learn barista skills and prepare beverages to Starbucks standards.
- Basic food hygiene/allergen/Health & Safety awareness desirable; full training provided.
- Able to follow instructions,proceduresand company standards.
- Willing to complete required online training and safeguarding requirements.
