Hours: 26.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per year
Salary: £15,507 per annum. Plus generous benefits, including Occupational Pension Scheme
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join the College's busy commercial catering outlets. The role involves serving customers, till operation, food preparation, replenishing stock, and ensuring the equipment and premises are cleaned to a high standard. If you enjoy working in a busy environment and as part of a team, this is the role for you.
The post is for 36 full weeks per year, commencing the first week of September. The working days are Monday to Friday. The usual working hours will be scheduled between 10am - 4.30pm Mon, Thur, Fri and between 10am - 6.30pm on Tues & Wed, although flexibility is required around the needs of the business.
About the personWe are looking for a highly reliable person who is a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and a flexible approach to work. Experience of food preparation and working in a catering environment would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided. You should have a passion for delivering friendly and efficient customer service. Full uniform provided.
