An exciting opportunity has risen for a member within Retail Services Ninewells Hospital (the restaurants) for a Catering Assistant Monday - Friday. This is working 15.00hrs - 19.30hrs You will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of Catering Service within the Hospital whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Previous Catering experience is essential, training will also be provided. There may be extra hours available through the week to cover holiday and sickness.
You must have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills. You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

The working hours for this post are 22.5 hours per week, 5 days Monday - Friday. Shift times are 15.00hrs - 19.30hrs.

The salary band for this post is pro rata for part-time hours.
