Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.
• Support the smooth running of the café, maintaining a respectful and efficient working environment.
• Address day to day challenges constructively while upholding high standards of customer service.
• Engage with a wide range of visitors in a busy, customer facing role.
• Take orders, prepare and serve food and drink, ensuring service areas are clean, well stocked and inviting.
• Promote products, maximise sales opportunities, and help ensure a high quality customer experience across all aspects of the service.
