Catering Assistant - Part Time

We're looking for a Café Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone who visits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in good service, and likes being part of a busy, friendly environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving high quality coffee and other drinks
• Serving food and supporting basic food preparation
• Operating the till and handling customer transactions
• Restocking and maintaining vending machines

What we're looking for:

• A positive, approachable manner
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and support different tasks across the café

Salary: Grade C - £23,639.33 (pro rata)

Hours: 24 per week (typically 3 8 hour shifts or 4 6 hour shifts over a week, with occasional evenings and weekends)

Location: Congleton Park Café & Leisure Centre

Closing date: 12th July 2026
