Catering & Coffee Shop Manager - Lead Food & Service

Nags Hall Garden Centre is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the Plant House Coffee at Betchworth. You will oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, manage menu changes, and drive profitability and sales growth while upholding COSHH and Food Hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Garden Centre Operations Manager, you will train staff, organise rotas, and ensure consistent service and strong customer experience across opening hours.
