The main challenge of this role is to outperform the Procurement "Whitebook" initiative by driving efficiencies through strong negotiation, leadership, and supply chain management.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and implement sourcing agreements with Anglian Water.
Aggregate demand based on business needs while promoting "Best for Task" and innovation within the supply chain.
Develop and implement SMART objectives/KPIs with supply chain partners to support on-time delivery and mitigate risks.
Gain extensive knowledge of the markets relevant to your category and monitor market risks (financial and capacity).
Conduct regular 360 review meetings with stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify value-added initiatives within the supply chain.
Support the solution team to ensure the right supply chain is in place to meet delivery and procurement strategies.
Ensure all commercial requirements are submitted and audited to maximize overall performance within the Alliance.
Implement SHEA processes and procedures across all deliverables.
