Halma Catalyst Programme is a UK-based graduate trainee scheme offering 2.8 years of training with project rotations across Halma companies and support toward securing a permanent job opportunity.

Trainees will have 32 months of rotational placements, with responsibilities for completing challenging projects across technical, operational, strategic and commercial areas, and potential relocation for overseas placements.
