Casual U7-U8 Academy Coach - Player Development

Reading Football Club is seeking a casual Academy Coach to support the U7-U8 age group. You will work under the lead phase coach, delivering the club's coaching philosophy and syllabus within a world-class learning environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure player welfare, and contribute to performance planning and audits. Arrive early to sessions and assist in preparing equipment and kits.
