Job Description

We are looking for a Casual Room Attendant to ensure that all areas assigned are cleaned and maintained to the required standard. Duties include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, skirting, furniture, fixtures, covers, and fittings, as well as work during refurbishment programmes on walls, doors and fixtures.
• Being fully aware of the work schedule and notifying if all work cannot be carried out.
• Reporting any complaints, accidents, equipment malfunction, maintenance faults, suspicious persons, safety hazards or other incidents immediately to the supervisor or duty manager.
• Flexible and willing to extend job duties, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Attending training and meetings as required.
• Assisting in maximising productivity for the Department.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a hotel, preferably in London.
• A team player who collaborates with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hotel.
• Professionalism in interactions with guests and staff, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of guest rooms and public areas is immaculate and presented to the highest standard.
