Casual Recreation & Gym Activities Assistant

Gower College Swansea is seeking a Casual Recreation Assistant for the Sports Centre at our Tycoch campus. You will supervise activities, coach sessions, set up courts, and support bookings in a flexible, ad hoc role around 6+ hours per week.

The role requires 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent, with a desirable Sports Coaching Certificate or First Aid qualification. On-site work, excellent customer service, and safeguarding responsibilities are part of the expectation.
