Job Introduction

We are hiring a Casual Matchday Lead Chef for Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

Casual hours.

Main Responsibilities

All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre agreed food specification.
All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to.
To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
Visual hazard check of kitchen.
Correct PPE is worn throughout shift; full uniform blue trousers & tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times.
Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements.
