Casual Lifeguard - Flexible Shifts & Training

Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Lifeguards to cover existing staff absences. You will be paid £13.48-£13.92 per hour, plus 10% unsocial-hour supplement for qualifying shifts, and a 12.07% annual leave uplift.

Applicants must hold a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and understanding of health and safety legislation. This role is ad-hoc with no fixed hours, offering flexibility and opportunities to develop skills and potentially progress within the council.
