What you'll be doing

• Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels.
• Support the Chef(s) by upholding high kitchen standards and performing simple food prep duties as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment responsibly and report maintenance issues.
• Operate the till point, following correct procedures.
• Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.

Working Pattern: As and when required to meet the needs of the business.
