Casual F&B Team Leader

The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking an F&B Team Leader (Casual) to support our F&B team (Restaurants and Events) with all activities pertaining to the successful set up and service at The Peninsula London.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for all activities relating to service within the restaurant and event spaces.
• Understand, follow and supervise the sequence of service standards.
• With excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, you will also ensure training of the team and memorable guest experiences.
• Attend any required training and meetings and support with the roster management to allow colleagues to attend activities, training, and meetings.

General Requirements

• Good knowledge of food and beverage with an emphasis on wines.
• Experience of 1 year or more within the food and beverage department in a luxury hotel.
• Hospitality recognised training certifications/qualifications.
• Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and confidence to guide a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
