Hi, I'm Samantha, the Nursery Manager at The Marina.

Located on the University of Lincoln campus, our nursery thrives on strong relationships with families, students, and the wider community.

Our beautifully designed spaces-from the magical reading treehouse loft to our bright, open-plan rooms-create a stimulating and engaging environment that supports every child's development.

Set beside the Brayford Pool, our children enjoy daily moments of wonder as they observe ducks, ducklings, and swans, connecting deeply with the natural world right outside our doors.

Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It's important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
