Casual Dementia Care Team Leader - Shift Lead

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Team Leader for a dementia residential home in the Milton area of Portsmouth. You will lead a team of 5-6 care staff across shifts, ensuring a needs-led service with hands-on care when required and strong safety practices.

You will hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 in adult social care (or be working towards it) and report to the Band 9 assistant manager. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
