Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Provide support and advice as part of an integrated 24/7 mental health provision, ensuring high quality care for vulnerable adults and children across East Riding.
- Assess individuals' situations, advocate for them during challenging circumstances, and identify the most appropriate and least restrictive options.
- Work within a two shift system (8 4 pm and 11 am 8 pm), covering 7 days a week and bank holidays, and cover weekend shifts as required.
- Valid driving licence.
- Eligibility for unrestricted cover under the council's insurance policy when using a council vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- 12 week rolling rota.
- Team based environment with a strong multi agency network.
- Robust training programme, regular supervision, and a supportive work culture.
- Some travel across East Riding of Yorkshire may be required.
